Come together with like-minded young theatre-makers as we create a Play in a Day!

You will work with our directors, exploring a variety of devising and performance techniques which will culminate in an end-of-day showing of your work here at BEAM. The perfect opportunity to flex your theatrical muscles during the
half-term break!

Who are the characters? What’s the plot? Where are we? You decide it all!

Our Play in a Day will be led by Kate Cohen. Kate is an experienced actor and facilitator, who has spent over 20 years training young actors across the UK. Kate teaches at a number of institutions, including Emil Dale Academy and London Studio Centre, and is passionate about developing young artists.

For young people in School Years 7 to 11. Please bring a packed lunch and a bottle of water and wear clothes you can move around in.

Parents, siblings and carers are invited to join the showing at 3.30pm.
