
Synopsis
14 year old Elias makes friends with his new neighbour Alexander but quickly finds himself becoming confused about his growing romantic feelings for him. Elias does his best to reconcile his feelings but makes mistakes along the way. The directorial debut for writer-director Anthony Schatteman, Young Hearts is a film that wraps positivity around a queer story without shying away from the challenges faced when going through the journey of self actualisation.

Lighthouse
Lighthouse is a fortnightly discovery strand designed to give the film lovers of Hertford and beyond, an opportunity to watch films that might be slightly more off the beaten track than your mainstream titles.
Taking place every other Thursday at 7pm, Lighthouse screenings will include a variety of titles which vary from arthouse directorial debuts to heartfelt documentaries and quirky body horror titles.
All Lighthouse screenings will operate a 'Pay What You Feel' pricing structure which will allow you to choose the price point that best suits you.
